Delivering our person-centered support will be:
Delivering person-centered care, which involves how you want to be supported, who you are, and what is important. It contains objectives and aspirations for their life as well as positive outcomes.We will develop a customised PBS (Positive Behavior Plan) to assist you and us in understanding your triggers and how to avoid them, as well as how to support you in remaining calm and recognising when you've had enough. For example, someone with autism always responds well to a start-middle-end structure when completing an activity.
We will put an emphasis on our strengths, which may occasionally push boundaries, be tough for some of our customers, and we will create relationships with others while always keeping in mind how vital routine is.
